When Petrofac recognized the need to continuously optimize the utilization of their engineering workforce, they turned to Innate. A geographically dispersed workforce of more than 3,500 is deployed across many projects and proposals, each having their own priority, timeline and competency requirements.

Similarly, Atkins Intelligent Transport Systems faced a number of resource management issues. Resource conflicts were difficult to see and resolve and project managers had limited visibility of suitable alternatives if their preferred person was busy. The impact of successful bids on the skills capacity to deliver was difficult to visualize, and utilization was difficult to measure against targets.
